Joseph Cannon, Jr.
Joseph Cannon, Jr. is the President of CAS America, a manufacturer of wood and engineered wood casework (cabinetry) that is used in computer command centers, medical and laboratory facilities and high-end residential projects. CAS offers a full range of design services using state of the art CAD/CAM systems and experienced designers to provide designs specifically tailored to customer's requirements.
Joe holds 38 years of business management experience in manufacturing, engineering and design and has been a visiting lecturer at Salve Regina University, National CEO Meetings, and National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers Annual Meetings. Joe serves on many Boards and Commissions related to training and workforce development including the CCRI Foundation, CRIDCO, the Manufacturers Summit and the Greater Providence Chamber's Manufacturing Council and most recent at the AWFS in Las Vegas.
Joe also serves as the Chairman of the Board of SORICO's School to Career Partnership Council and RIMES. His volunteerism also includes ten years of service as a Big Brother and three years as a Boy Scout Leader. Joe and his wife Gladys have three adult children and two granddaughters.
